Coming Home

"Coming Home" is a heartfelt piece from my Soul Shine series. I was raised on the wide-open prairies of Manitoba, where the land and sky stretch endlessly and the spirit feels free. A move to Alberta reignited that deep-rooted prairie girl within me—resilient, grounded, and vibrant. Now living once again on Vancouver Island, I carry that spirit with me, blending the bold energy of the prairies with the calming rhythm of the coast. This piece reflects the journey of returning to oneself—no matter where life leads, the soul always knows its way home.
